At first these terms can be quite daunting. However they aren't so confusing once you take a little time to read them. We always use IncoTerms 2010 at Dershr.

The terms most often used are:

FOB [TXG]: where TXG is the port 30km from us here in Taiwan. This means we'll pay to put your products through Taiwan's customs, and on board the ship.

CIF [Port near you]: This means we'll pay to put your products through Taiwan's customs, on board the ship and pay for freight charges to the port named.

EXW: This is the price at our factory. Technically EXW means your products are lying on the floor, but we'll bulk pack your goods and load them on to a lorry for you. [We're so kind.]
